The Dunagan Company recruiting philosophy is based on the principles of the custom suit makers of London's Saville Row. This approach is called "Bespoke" or custom/made to measure. Our philosophy assumes that there are candidates and companies that are perfect fits for one another. The mission of TDC is to facilitate this match by engaging in a bespoke search that considers the goals and needs of both the company and the candidate.
The Dunagan Company bespoke recruiting approach is based off three factors: process, experience and results.
Process - TDC engages our client companies and candidates in a unique discovery, search and selection process that is designed to discover the perfect fit.
Discovery - We cannot help you, unless we know you. The company and candidate interview process is designed to discover both the stated and un-stated needs and desires of each. The client company discovery interview process seeks to have all of the relevant stakeholders define what a catalytic candidate match would look like. This includes skill sets, duties, compensation,company culture fit and management style.The candidate discovery interview process would include all of the above, along with quality of life and values alignment.
Search - We all have had moments where we managed or where an employee that effortlessly produced results that were game changing and catalytic. This was a confluence of circumstances where the alchemy of strategy, management, mission and talent of the company and candidate aligned. This confluence of circumstances can be either accidental or intentional.The Dunagan Company search process is designed to intentionally facilitate these catalytic alignments between companies and candidates.
Selection - TDC believes that selection is a bi-directional process; the candidate and the company have to want each other. TDC believes that it is not only important to know what you want and need, but also what you do not want. Clarity of need, tempered by the reality of resources is the essence of selection.
Experience - TDC strives to provide an amazing customer experience for both the company and candidate. We limit the amount of engagements that we accept, so that we can focus on effectively serving our clients.We provide timely follow-up and reporting throughout the process, for both client company and candidate.
Results - The aim is to produce catalytic alignments for both the company and candidate. The essence of a catalytic alignment begins with a clear definition of success at the genesis of the search.
